Compatible Toner and Ink Cartridge Guarantee
Inkdirect guarantees each Toner and Ink Cartridge to be free of defects in both material and workmanship. Inkdirect warrants that, subject to conditions below and providing cartridges are operated under normal use, our Cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to the printer. If your cartridge does not meet the standard promised during the 6 month warranted period, Inkdirect will replace, repair or refund your purchase.

If you have any technical questions regarding the use of a cartridge, please contact us for assistance. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the performance of a cartridge, return the cartridge in its original packaging and Inkdirect will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price.

No Guarantee On Ink and Toner Refill
Due to the nature of the refill products, Inkdirect offers no warranty for any ink or toner refills. It is the clients responsibility to make sure the cartridge is in good condition for the refill to work. Follow every step in the instructions closely to guarantee the refill will work.
