DISPATCH
Items will be dispatched between 1 to 10 working days depending on stock availability. Buyers will be notified if unforeseen circumstance arises. If a product ordered happens to be unavailable we will notify you of estimated delivery date and give you the option of receiving a refund if the estimated delivery date is unacceptable.

The courier fee for all our products is $5.50 (inc. GST) for all orders under $50 (inc. GST), and all other orders will receive FREE SHIPPING. A delivery fee maybe applied to some orders which are deemed to be bulky and / or heavy. The shipping costs and delivery fees will be clearly indicated on the checkout page before you confirm your order.

DELIVERY
As a general guide deliveries to major cities will take 1 to 2 business days whilst it could take up to 5 business days or more for more remote areas. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after items are sent. Excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped with Australia Registered Post or Courier services including AAE, Auspost, Couriers Please, Fastway & Hunter Express where appropriate.

InkDirect is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any items.

TITLE AND RISK
All risk and title in the Goods will pass to you at the time the Goods are dispatch to the nominated delivery address. InkDirect undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but InkDirect will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods in transit.
