Show
Some banks prefer that you type each number of the account number, the BSB and the account name. If you go back to your bank and type these in instead of copying and pasting, you will find that it will work. - Will the use of your compatible or generic cartridges void the warranty on my printer? Show
Certainly not! Just like driving your car, you are not obliged to buy petrol from your car dealership. Compatible replacement cartridges and supplies do not void the Printer Manufacturer's Warranty.
'Your statutory rights are not affected, irrespective of what you are told by manufacturers or their representatives.' - I have not received a tax invoice yet, whats going on? Show
1. If an incorrect or older, non current email address has been submitted, then naturally the receiver will not receive any emails.
2. With the increase in spam, many people now utilise a filter to avoid junk mail. Often if the mail address from where emails have been sent have not been allowed, or automatically blocked, or not on the receivers white list, then such emails may never be seen by the recipient. To ensure emails from InkDirect Warehouse which include order confirmations, are duly seen and read, please ensure your spam filter is configured to allow addresses ending with inkdirect.com.au. Please consult the help manual of the particular spam filter software that has been utilised to ensure this process is undertaken.
3. Tax invoices are also available for download from our site, you just need to log in. Then once at Your Cart, locate the sub-heading 'Order History' and then click on the "View Orders" button and then select the PDF invoice form that corresponds to the order you need the tax invoice for. - How much money will I save by buying a compatible cartridge? Show
Typically buying a compatible cartridge saves you about 50-75% over the cost of a new genuine cartridge. This usually amounts to $15-$30 every time you use our product. Check out the savings for your printer. Make sure to explore different quantities to find the price break that suits you best. - How can you sell them so cheap? Show
Our cartridges come straight from the factory - therefore - NO MIDDLE MAN to raise the price!! - I have forgotten my password, how can I log in now? Show
Click HERE to request your password to be sent to your email. - I've placed my order. Where do I find my invoice? Show
After you have successfully placed your order, you will be sent a confirmation email of the order. The order number will also be your invoice number. Once we have processed your order and it has been made ready for delivery, your order will be marked shipped and a confirmation of this will be sent to you. Technical Support- Will the quality of print from a compatible or generic cartridge be equivalent to that of a genuine cartridge? Show
Yes, you can be certain that your prints will be at least equivalent to that of the genuine cartridge. - Will using a non-genuine inkjet or toner cartridge affect my printers warranty? Show
Major printer manufacturers sell printers at or below cost. They make their profits from selling the cartridges. Previously, once you bought your new printer you had no choice but to buy genuine cartridges after yours ran dry. Because of this, they will threaten to void your warranty if you use compatible cartridges. It is however strictly ILLEGAL for them to do so. They CANNOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY simply for using compatible cartridges. There is no reason that you should not use compatible cartridges if you wish to do so. They work and will save YOU money. We have never had an incident where a customer's warranty was "voided" from using our products. - Do the products come with a guarantee? Show
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee 100% our compatible products to perform to at least the same standards as the Original product. All of our products come with a 60-Day manufacturer guarantee. In the unlikely event you experience any problems with any of our products please follow instructions listed under listed under How Can I Return An Item? - The use by date on cartridges I just received show they are out of date, whats going on here? Show
Often the dates are configured to suit other international markets and hence can be somewhat confusing to read. Some cartridges have the dates read with the year first and then the month eg 201008 is mistaken for 20.10.08 but actually it should be read as the year first, then the month, so with this example, the year is 2010 and month is 08 August. There is never a day date, just year and month. - What is the shelf life of an inkjet cartridge? Show
All our inkjet cartridges have a minimum shelf life of 12 months when the vacuum bag has remained intact. All cartridges are dispatched using a stock rotation system ensuring that your cartridge reaches you almost as soon as it has been manufactured. - I do not seem to be getting as many prints from my inkjet cartridges as the brochure suggests! Show
Most manufacturers quote a page yield based on printing at 360 dpi and printing at 5% coverage (an A4 sheet or other size page full of text) if you print any graphics or print at a higher dpi then this will be reduced. - How easy are they to install? Show
Each cartridge is installed the same way that you would install the original genuine cartridge. They are individually wrapped in foil and have the yellow tab on top (which you remove when installing the cartridge - just like the original genuine cartridge.) We recommend that you use the head cleaning or nozzle cleaning utility that comes with your printer to clean the printer heads (you should do this EVERY time you replace any cartridge - Genuine or Compatible). Go to Control Panel - Printers - Properties - Utility. - I ordered HP 564XL generic cartridges, you know, the large volume versions? .. but when I opened my order, the cartridges indicate they are the standard HP 564 generic ones, what going on? Show
That's right, the main difference between the XL and non-XL versions is indeed the amount of ink they hold. But this is only true for the genuine HP cartridges, not our remanufactured generic ones. Because they are remanufactured, empties need to be collected and because the XL and non-XL cartridges are physically the same size, both are used in remanufacturing. But both are refilled to maximum capacity. So the standard 564 remanufactured generic has the same amount of ink of its XL cousin.
Shipping & Returns- I placed my order, but have not received any confirmation, whats going on? Show
Order confirmations are instant and so should be received within minutes of completing an order. However, there could be one of two reasons why you've not received this email/s.
1. If an incorrect email address has been submitted, then naturally the receiver will not get any emails.
2. With the increase in spam, many people now utilise a filter to avoid junk mail. Often if the mail address from where emails have been sent has not been allowed, or automatically blocked, or not on the receivers white list, then such emails may never be seen by the receipient. - How Can I Return An Item? Show
