Shipping and Return

  1. WARRANTY, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
    Warranty will be covered under the manufacturers standard warranty or unless otherwise specified. InkDirect does not deal with warranty and the manufacturer is the point of contact. All costs with return and delivery will be borne by the buyer.

  2. DISPATCH
    Items will be dispatched between 1 to 10 working days, pending on stock availability, and suppliers stock availability. Buyers will be notified if unforeseen circumstance arises.

  3. DELIVERY
    Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery after items are sent. Excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped with Australia Registered Post or Courier services where appropriate.

  4. DELIVERED ITEMS
    InkDirect is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any items.

  5. TITLE AND RISK
    All risk and title in the Goods will pass to you at the time the Goods are dispatch to the nominated delivery address. InkDirect undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but InkDirect will not be responsible for any damage or loss of the Goods in transit.

  6. RETURNS POLICY
    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the Goods and notify InkDirect of any defects (as defined by the manufacturer's warranty). InkDirect will replace the defective Goods if it is notified of the defect within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    InkDirect is not responsible for any warranty service if it is not notified within 7 days from the date of delivery. In that event, you must direct all claims for warranty service to the manufacturer.

    Please choose your purchase carefully. InkDirect does not give refunds if you simply change your mind or made a wrong selection. Refunds will only be provided if InkDirect cannot replace a defective Good.
